Ukrainian companies Drone Fight Group<\/a>, PG Robotics, and the Bat Drones R&D centre have announced<\/a> the launch of serial production for the new ‘Angel Spire’ interceptor. The drone is engineered to neutralise ‘Shahed’-type UAVs, alongside other strike and reconnaissance unmanned aerial systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Angel Spire’ can achieve speeds between 150 and 290 km\/h and boasts an operational range of up to 20 km. It is equipped with day and night-vision cameras for surveillance. Control is executed via semi-automatic target acquisition or direct manual operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the group\u2019s founder, Vladyslav Plaksin, operator training is conducted using the UFDS (‘Ukrainian Fight Drone Simulator’) and through the ‘Drone Fight Club Academy’. This enables realistic aerial combat scenarios and enhances operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Information regarding the drone\u2019s official codification and unit price is currently unavailable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bat Drones portfolio also includes ‘Angel Arrow’ multirotor drones in 12, 15, and 22-inch frames, as well as the ‘Angel Wing’ guided munition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
