The round was led by Shield Capital and Lakestar, with participation from Ballistic Ventures, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2026-03-05\/ukraine-battlefield-tech-firm-uforce-nears-1-billion-valuation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Bloomberg<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company&#8217;s CEO is serial entrepreneur Oleg Rogynskyy, who was born in Ukraine. Before UForce, he built several businesses in the United States, including AI unicorn People.ai. The management team also includes Oleksii Honcharuk, former Prime Minister of Ukraine, and Ben Wallace, former UK Defence Secretary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0421ompany develops autonomous systems for air, sea and land applications. One of its most famous developments is the <a href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/tags\/magura\/\">Magura<\/a> marine drones. UForce also manufactures Nemesis and R18 heavy-bomber UAVs, Liut UGV, Predator remote-controlled turret systems, and USS C2 command-and-control system.. &#8220;We have experience in destroying \u201cshaheds\u201d, Rogynskyy said to Bloomberg.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/embed\/feed\/update\/urn:li:ugcPost:7435332635276726273?compact=1\" height=\"399\" width=\"504\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"\" title=\"\u0412\u0431\u0443\u0434\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0439 \u0434\u043e\u043f\u0438\u0441\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is reported that UForce combines nine Ukrainian defence companies that develop various products for the army. It is claimed that their systems have completed more than 150,000 missions during the war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to <a href=\"https:\/\/resiliencemedia.co\/uforce-raises-50m-at-a-1b-valuation-to-build-defence-tech-for-ukraine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Resilience Media<\/a>, the company is already profitable, with bookings reaching hundreds of millions of dollars \u2013 a 450% increase in 2025. It has manufacturing and sources materials from 15 locations in six European allied countries.
