From now on, the time from development to delivery to the troops should be reduced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is in the updated approach<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Codification no longer requires confirmation of &#8220;urgent need&#8221;. It can be carried out regardless of current procurement plans. Manufacturers independently approve the product&#8217;s technical specifications, and the Ministry of Defence makes purchases based on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, when purchasing unmanned systems and tactical-level EW equipment, a manufacturer&#8217;s quality certificate is sufficient. Additional state control procedures are not applied, but the manufacturer is fully responsible for the quality of the delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fmykhailofedorov.com.ua%2Fposts%2Fpfbid033mPXxnDetnuqLM3h82ZXPrsrdBscZ9NQsUb6S9NoyjRjA3XKpTVFvJRAPEDYAAo2l&#038;show_text=false&#038;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"262\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several relief measures have been prepared for ammunition manufacturers: the procedure for procuring explosives has been simplified, as has the testing procedure for ammunition.
