The systems produced under the partnership are expected to be supplied to Ukraine. The companies also plan to jointly develop solutions in artificial intelligence and autonomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FERNRIDE is a Munich-based startup developing autonomous and remotely operated solutions for ground transport. In 2023, the company raised $50 million in funding. In December 2025, <a href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/tags\/quantum-systems\/\">Quantum Systems<\/a> announced its acquisition of FERNRIDE. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis is a combination of Ukrainian combat experience and German engineering precision to shape a new security architecture in Europe,\u201d said Maksym Vasylenko, co-founder and CEO of Tencore, commenting on the signing of the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Tencore\u2013FERNRIDE venture became the third Ukrainian-German joint venture announced in Munich on 13 February.
