By the end of 2025, the company plans to invest in two more defence product firms, according to <em>Forbes<\/em>, <a href=\"https:\/\/forbes.ua\/innovations\/pioneri-napryamku-velikiy-virobnik-fpv-droniv-taf-industries-oleksandra-yakovenka-kupiv-chastku-u-kilkokh-defencetech-kompaniyakh-skilki-voni-vitratili-na-ugodi-05112025-33839\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">citing<\/a> TAF Industries Deputy Director Volodymyr Zinovskyi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since mid-2023, TAF Industries has invested more than $6 million in other defence tech companies, Zinovskyi said. In particular, the company acquired 51% of the electronic warfare systems manufacturer Kvazar and 60% of the reconnaissance drone maker Babka. The names of other acquired producers have not been disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/2025\/10\/taf-industries-unveiled-ew-analyser\/\"><strong>Read more:<\/strong> TAF Industries unveiled portable EW efficiency analyser TL Spectrum<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Zinovskyi, some acquisitions were unsuccessful, including a deal related to missile technology. \u201cUnfortunately, we decided to close that project,\u201d he said, without naming the company involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TAF Industries plans to close two more defence-related deals by the end of 2025. To integrate new products, the company is forming a holding structure in which the parent company, TAF Industries, owns subsidiaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to acquiring stakes in companies, TAF Industries also purchased several small manufacturing sites previously used as contractors. \u201cSuch decisions were made to improve control over the production process and the quality of finished products,\u201d Zinovskyi told&nbsp;<em>Forbes Ukraine<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently, Oleksandr Yakovenko\u2019s company is in the process of acquiring another contractor.
