This was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/halyna.yanchenko\/posts\/pfbid03vVtcoGScMAUoxjprDHiKeoNCmkcBGs6wxVMDJQM6qYQZbB6yrjgaGdoJcjcNeRcl\">reported<\/a> on Facebook by People\u2019s Deputy Halyna Yanchenko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFrom now on, if the state buys a product costing more than UAH 1 million, it must be made in Ukraine or contain a Ukrainian part: assembly, installation or components,\u201d Yanchenko writes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to her, the localization share will gradually increase: to 25 % in 2025, 30 % in 2026, 35 % in 2027, and up to 40 % in 2032.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yanchenko believes that the adoption of the bill will reduce dependence on imports, provide additional orders to Ukrainian enterprises and create new jobs. \u201cUp to 40 % of the cost of a Ukrainian product returns to the budget through taxes and works for the Armed Forces of Ukraine,\u201d she emphasized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-align-left wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/2025\/11\/mod-defined-criteria\/\"><strong>Read more:<\/strong> Ministry of Defence sets criteria for critically important defence
