The bill in question is No. 13335, \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Organisation of Labour Relations Under Martial Law.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the document, employees of critically important defence enterprises may receive a 45-day deferral from mobilisation from the date of signing an employment contract, but not more than once a year for a particular individual. During this period, the employee must bring their military registration into order. Failure to comply will result in termination of employment, and the deferral will not be extended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-align-left wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/2025\/10\/defence-tech-open-jobs-26\/\"><strong>Read more: <\/strong>Jobs at the revamped Defence Builder, TAF Industries, and Farsight Vision, plus 40+ other opportunities in Ukrainian defence tech<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the Ukrainian Council of Defence Industry, the draft law will enable the rapid elimination of workforce shortages in production without delays caused by bureaucratic military registration procedures.
