Vyriy plans to invest $4 million in M&amp;A in the fourth quarter of this year and aims to reach $1.5 million in monthly investments thereafter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This week\u2019s&nbsp;Dorozvidka&nbsp;#28 features conversations with Brave1 head Andrii Hrytseniuk, MITS Capital CEO Perry Boyle, and HIMERA CEO Misha Rudomynskyi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HIMERA fulfils the defence order for NATO member state<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ukrainian tactical communications developer HIMERA reports that it has successfully completed a government defence order for the Ministry of Defence of a European NATO member state \u2014 though the specific country has not been disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the order, HIMERA conducted comprehensive training for local communications units and military personnel. The company says its systems received high evaluations during field testing, and the client country is now considering wider integration of HIMERA systems across its armed forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, HIMERA CEO Mykhailo Rudomynskyi appeared on&nbsp;Militarnyi\u2019s&nbsp;English-language podcast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ukrainian solutions that beat global competitors \u2014 Misha Rudominski, Himera Radios\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AcoWfVriDsQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Video by Militarnyi<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vyriy acquiring Ukrainian defence startups<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of Ukraine\u2019s largest FPV drone manufacturers, Vyriy, plans to invest over $4 million in other defence companies in Q4 2025, founder Oleksii Babenko told&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/forbes.ua\/innovations\/fpv-droni-ne-vichni-odin-z-naybilshikh-virobnikiv-bpla-vyriy-naroshchue-mampa-i-planue-15-mln-investitsiy-v-inshi-kompanii-shchomisyatsya-yaka-strategiya-03102025-33003\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Forbes Ukraine<\/a><\/em>. \u201cThe goal is to reach around $1.5 million in investments per month,\u201d he said, adding that the sum includes both deal values and funds allocated for scaling acquired production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to&nbsp;<em>Forbes<\/em>, Vyriy has already acquired five companies in 2025. In June, it bought Lviv-based logistics and evacuation UGV producer Cyber Droid, and also took 51% stakes in three UAV developers.
