Defender Media looked into whether this information is accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MITS Capital told Defender Media that what was announced are\u00a0soft commitments\u00a0for acceleration of the mentioned startups. With a high degree of probability, these projects will join the third cohort of the MITS Accelerator, which is currently in the recruitment phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-align-left wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/2025\/09\/mits-capital-launches-mits-industries\/\"><strong>Read more:<\/strong> MITS Capital launches Danish-Ukrainian alliance MITS Industries, bringing together Tencore, Infozahyst, Unwave and a UAV manufacturer<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The open call for startups wishing to join the third cohort was <a href=\"https:\/\/mits.capital\/news\/open-call-mits-accelerator-now-accepting-applications-for-defense-startups-for-batch-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">announced<\/a> on 2 October, with <a href=\"https:\/\/mits.capital\/news\/open-call-mits-accelerator-now-accepting-applications-for-defense-startups-for-batch-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">applications<\/a> accepted until 15 October. The third batch is focused on Ukrainian defence tech projects developing breakthrough solutions capable of changing the landscape of modern warfare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The acceleration programme, run by MITS in partnership with the American University Kyiv (AUK), will last six months. Selected startups will receive $100,000 in cash and an additional $100,000 worth of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, publications claiming that Blue Arrow, STOZHAR, Slim Beam, DroneMate AI and Zmiyar have each raised $200,000 from MITS Capital are not entirely accurate. The startups will only receive half of that in cash \u2013 and only if the investors confirm their participation in the acceleration programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recently, Defender Media <a href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/2025\/09\/norda-dynamics-raises-1-mln\/\">reported<\/a> that MITS Capital took part in the $1 million investment round of NORDA Dynamics, a
