The Ukrainian defence company TAF Industries<\/a> is developing target identification and search systems, as well as air-to-air technologies for detecting and destroying enemy drones. The company’s founder, Oleksandr Yakovenko, said this in an interview<\/a> with DOU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to him, TAF Industries was one of the first in Ukraine to codify \u201clast-mile\u201d modules<\/a> for automatic drone guidance and has already shipped the first 10,000 units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company currently employs around 1,000 people, including about 100 IT specialists. Teams of between three and twelve specialists usually work on a single development. As an example, Yakovenko mentioned the Power Key system, which allows a drone to remain in ambush without using a battery. It was developed by three specialists in just three months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Larger projects, such as reconnaissance drones, require the involvement of several units, with 20 to 50 people working on them simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
