TENCORE co-founder and CEO Maksym Vasylchenko said this in an <a href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/insights\/maksym-vasylchenko-interview-on-tencore-ecosystem\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/insights\/maksym-vasylchenko-interview-on-tencore-ecosystem\/\">interview<\/a> with Defender Media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The companies\u2019 products have joined the TENCORE Ecosystem, whose launch the company <a href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/2026\/10\/tencore-ecosystem-launch\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/2026\/10\/tencore-ecosystem-launch\/\">announced<\/a> last week. Vasylchenko explained that the ecosystem will be built through mergers and acquisitions. \u201cThat is, we have either already acquired these companies or stakes in them, or are in the process of acquiring them,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The financial terms of the deals are not being disclosed. Vasylchenko said TENCORE made the first acquisitions with its own funds. \u201cBut there are deals with a number of other manufacturers in the pipeline, and for them we will need investment,\u201d the CEO said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vasylchenko added that TENCORE will not necessarily buy out 100% of the companies joining the ecosystem. \u201cBut we will have a preferential right to buy their shares if their shareholders decide to sell an additional stake,\u201d he clarified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TOR is a heavy wheeled UGV with enhanced off-road capability and armoured wheels, designed for logistics and cargo transport in difficult conditions. How the brigade uses UGVs and what systems It operates<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/2026\/10\/tencore-nodrisk-matilda\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/2026\/10\/tencore-nodrisk-matilda\/\">MAT1LDA<\/a> amphibious platform, developed by NODRICS, is designed for crossing water obstacles and moving over difficult terrain. It has a petrol engine and side pontoons. It carries up to 500 kg on land and up to 400 kg on water, with ranges of up to 160 km and 50 km, respectively. The MAT1LDA design features an open frame for mounting various equipment, including cargo containers and casualty evacuation stretchers.
