They also developed a solution that allows UGV to be precisely dropped behind enemy lines using a bomber drone. Defender learned this from the <a href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/tags\/brave1\/\">Brave1<\/a> cluster, which helped the unit find a manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The process from idea to combat deployment took 10 days. Desantnyk already has confirmed hits, including destroyed shelters and personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/ugv-paratrooper-clean-horisontal-2.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Video: Brave1<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/N6Di5lFJsoQ?si=UkJJ-WOiwFciTOv-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">3rd Army Corps<\/a> also reported on the new UGV deployment tactic. During Operation Vivaldi, heavy bomber drones Gryphon dropped kamikaze UGVs more than 10 kilometres deep into enemy territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tactic was created by fighters from the NC13 strike UGV unit and implemented with support from the brigade&#8217;s unmanned systems battalion drones.
