Defender Media learned this from handouts distributed at the Ukrainian pavilion. Among the developments on display were the Grim LA-80 fixed-wing strike drone, the high-speed Grim R FPV interceptor, and the reusable Grim 18 FPV bomber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grim LA-80 fixed-wing strike drone<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Grim LA-80 is a fixed-wing strike UAV engineered primarily to engage high-value stationary targets in the enemy\u2019s rear, including field fortifications, dugouts, revetments, and static military equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"656\" src=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/grim-la-80-2-1024x656.jpg\" alt=\"\u0423\u0434\u0430\u0440\u043d\u0438\u0439 \u0434\u0440\u043e\u043d L-80 \u0432\u0456\u0434 Grim Tech\" class=\"wp-image-101310\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/grim-la-80-2-1024x656.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/thedefender.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/grim-la-80-2-300x192.jpg 300w, https:\/\/thedefender.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/grim-la-80-2-768x492.jpg 768w, https:\/\/thedefender.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/grim-la-80-2.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Grim Tech L-80 strike drone. Its maximum operational range reaches 80 km with a 3.5 kg payload and 60 km with a 5.5 kg payload, delivering a tactical radius of 70 km. Grim Tech notes that with a reduced 2 kg payload, the drone could theoretically reach 100 km, subject to communication link capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The LA-80 features a top speed of 140 km\/h, an operational altitude of 300\u2013500 m, and a service ceiling of 2,000 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Grim LA-80 is currently in the final stages of development and has not yet seen combat deployment. The drone carries a 0.4 kg payload, reaches top speeds of 280 km\/h, and features a service ceiling of 4,000 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grim 18 bomber<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Grim 18 is a <a href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/tags\/drone-bombers\/\">reusable FPV drone<\/a> configurable for diverse operational roles depending on mission requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The platform delivers a tactical radius of up to 70 km. Configured with a 1.5 kg payload, the Grim 18 covers 50\u201370 km; with 3 kg, 40\u201350 km; and with a 4.5 kg payload, 30\u201337 km.
