More than 24,000 people have invested in the company, according to the website of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inzhur.reit\/offer\/inzhur-miltech\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Inzhur MilTech<\/a> fund, which sells access to the bonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Inzhur&#8217;s case, an investor does not buy bonds directly \u2013 they receive fund certificates, and the fund converts the raised funds into <a href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/tags\/vyriy-drone\/\">Vyriy Industries<\/a> corporate bonds. Almost 960,000 certificates are currently in circulation, with a further 999,000 available for purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vyriy CEO Oleksiy Babenko has said that they plan to raise UAH 2bn through the bonds. If the company needs more money, the amount will grow to UAH 4bn. The minimum investment in the fund is UAH 1,000, and the sale will run until 31 December 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vyriy Industries received half of the total amount raised on the first day of the bond sale. In the first 24 hours of sales, <a href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/2026\/08\/vyriy-500-mln-bonds\/\">more than 12,000 people<\/a> invested in the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Vyriy, bonds are a way to raise working capital quickly, Defender previously reported.
