Skyeton has acquired a plot of land in Germany, local media report

Ukrainian company Skyeton has purchased a plot of land in an industrial park in the municipality of Herrsching, Bavaria, Germany. Munich-based publication Merkur reported the purchase.

The outlet said Andreas Pilz, Skyeton’s Director of Key Accounts, confirmed the acquisition. He did not disclose exactly how the plot would be used, but said the company’s activities there could focus on three areas: production, service and logistics.

‘But we will be present in Herrsching by the end of 2028’, Merkur quotes Pilz as saying. The company is not currently commenting on information about the land purchase.

Skyeton already has a representative office in Germany. It was opened in 2024 in the community of Gilching, near Herrsching. According to German journalists, it employs at least 12 people.

It also recently emerged that a Skyeton production facility in Slovakia faced an arson threat. Local police detained three foreign nationals who had been planning to set fire to the plant using napalm.
