‘Ukrainska bavovna’ and Czech company Pavetra Aerospace to produce Shuhay UAV through joint venture
The two companies will also collaborate on the Last Shadow T200 interceptor drone

Deftech companies Ukrainska bavovna and Pavetra Aerospace are to produce the Shuhay UAV and the LS-T200 interceptor drone through a joint venture in the Czech Republic. The parties have already signed a memorandum of understanding.
Legal work on the joint production has been completed, Ukrainska bavovna announced. Combat trials of both models are planned in the near term.
The Shuhay strike drone completed its first tests in November 2025. The UAV is designed to engage targets at ranges exceeding 50 km.
Testing of the Last Shadow T200 interceptor has also been completed. It is a fixed-wing drone equipped with an integrated automatic guidance module and a one-kilogram warhead. The LS-T200 has a range of up to 30 km and a maximum speed of 300 km/h.

Ukrainska bavovna was founded in 2024 and currently employs more than 100 people. No information could be found about Pavetra Aerospace’s operations or other products. The company’s LinkedIn description reads: “Ukrainian-born UAV systems built for modern European defence needs.”
The company has two founders of Belarusian origin who are based in the Czech Republic, according to their social media profiles. Dzianis Valantsevich previously developed UAVs in Ukraine as a volunteer; Kyril Jakimovič volunteered in support of Ukraine from 2022 and later joined the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In addition to Pavetra Aerospace, he co-founded European Defence Corporation – a Czech company manufacturing drone munitions.
