Anastasiia Mishkina has replaced Kateryna Mykhalko as Executive Director of Tech Force in UA
One of the priority areas is Euro-Atlantic integration

The association of defence tech manufacturers Tech Force in UA has a new director. Anastasia Mishkina, who has worked at the NATO Representation in Ukraine for over 11 years, has been appointed to the position. Kateryna Mykhalko, who has headed Tech Force in UA since 2023, is moving to a European organization that promotes robotic weapons in the EU.
One of the stated goals of the new head of Tech Force is to strengthen Ukrainian manufacturers’ understanding of the principles of international partners and interaction with the state, and to help them reach a new level.
“There will also be a focus on the further development of the organisation and deepening cooperation with member companies,” the announcement said. The association has not disclosed any details.
As former head of the association Kateryna Mykhalko added, the following areas are priorities for the TSU in 2026:
- Euro-Atlantic integration, systematic informing of international partners about its challenges;
- Compliance with anti-corruption standards in regulation in accordance with EU practices and corporate maturity of enterprises;
- Ensuring full access for Ukrainian producers to international financing programs and opportunities.
Mykhalko added that the new head’s experience will allow her to move forward effectively.
Anastasiia Mishkina has worked at the NATO Representation in Ukraine since 2014, according to information on her LinkedIn profile. She started as an intern, was a program assistant, project manager, team lead, and for the last year worked as a senior advisor in the Defense Advisory Support Section. She graduated from Karazin Kharkiv National University with a degree in International Economic Relations.
