Nataliia Kushnerska left her position as COO at Roboneers – the company is updating its strategy
The former head of the Brave1 cluster has been working at Roboneers since July 2025

Nataliia Kushnerska has left the Ukrainian defence tech company Roboneers, where she worked as chief operating officer. She announced this on LinkedIn. The personnel changes are part of Roboneers’ strategy to adapt to new market challenges, the company explained to Defender Media.
Kushnerska joined the UGV developer in July 2025. “I aimed to understand from the inside the exact challenges companies face on the path to developing, rapidly delivering, and scaling technologies. To strengthen my skills and knowledge in operations management and development. My task at this company is complete,” the COO wrote in her resignation post.
Roboneers is currently transforming its management structure and updating its strategy. The company says it is adapting to new challenges, but the goal remains the same – to create life-saving technologies. Over the past year, the deftech manufacturer has tripled its team, expanded its product line, and continued to produce its flagship products: UGVs and RWS.
Before joining Roboneers, Nataliia Kushnerska headed the state-owned Brave1 cluster. As previously reported by Defender Media, under her leadership, the cluster became the main platform for defence startups. After her departure, Andrii Hrytseniuk took over her position.
