Ukrainian-Estonian company Farsight Vision, which secured a $1.5M grant for autonomous navigation systems, is looking for talented engineers and managers:

Ukrainian company Moodro, which develops innovative counter-drone solutions with an operational range up to 10 times greater than standard electronic warfare systems, is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced Product Manager.
Product Manager (Anti-Drone Innovation Hub Moodro)
We are building Ukraine’s first platform for the development of MilTech startups in the counter-drone domain. It is a place where engineering, market needs, and real combat experience come together.
The mission of the hub is to help teams and developers move from an idea or prototype to serial production and first sales. We integrate promising technologies into Moodro’s production base, provide access to 100+ active military units, and help startups scale.
And this is exactly where we need a Product Manager.
Someone who will launch the project from scratch, build processes, create an ecosystem of dozens of engineering teams, and turn the hub into a magnet for MilTech talent.
What you will do
- Launch and scale the Anti-Drone Hub from the ground up
- Identify promising technologies, engineers, and startups
- Build and manage a partner pipeline, selecting the strongest teams
- Oversee projects from prototype to real contracts
- Coordinate collaboration between Moodro R&D, manufacturing, and military units
- Represent the hub and Ukraine at international defence events (Brave One, NATO, EU)
Expectations for the first 6–12 months
- 15–20 partners in the pipeline
- 5+ active projects in the testing phase
- 2–3 startups with first orders / sales
- A structured operating model and Hub team in place
- Positioning Moodro Hub on the global MilTech innovation map
We are looking for you if you
- Have 5+ years of experience in Product Management / Product / Business Development
- Have led teams of 10+ people and know how to maintain motivation
- Have experience in startups or technology companies and understand their dynamics
- Are fluent in English for international communication
- Think like an entrepreneur, not just a manager
A strong plus if you
- Have experience in defense, hardware, or accelerators
- Understand the specifics of MilTech startups
- Have connections within the defense ecosystem (Brave1, funds, brigades)
- Have a technical background (engineering, IT)
- Have served or cooperated with the Armed Forces of Ukraine
What we offer
- Top-tier salary + performance bonuses of up to 50%
- Equity / stock options — become a co-owner of the hub and its success
- International travel (USA, EU, NATO events)
- Mentorship and networking with leading defense entrepreneurs
- A unique opportunity to launch Ukraine’s first anti-drone ecosystem
- Hybrid format: office in Kyiv / Kharkiv + remote work
- Military service deferment from the first working day
