The Ukrainian tech ecosystem association Techosystem has presented its annual Top 100 Rising Ukrainian Startups catalogue. In the foreword, the editors note that they decided not to include purely defence startups in the Top 100.

However, projects with a defence component that develop dual-use technologies were included — and they make up nearly one-fifth of the entire list. Defender Media provides a brief overview of each of them, their key achievements, and their founders.
