Radio-electronic warfare systems became available on the state marketplace, DOT-Chain Defence. According to the Ministry of Defence, this includes both fixed and trench-mounted EW systems.

The marketplace reports that, on the first day after EW systems were added to DOT-Chain Defence, the military ordered equipment worth almost 6 million hryvnias. Earlier, the Defence Procurement Agency signed contracts with manufacturers to supply trench-mounted EW systems under the Army of Drones. Bonus programme, which provides incentive budgets to military units for striking the enemy.

The DOT-Chain Defence arms marketplace was developed by the State Logistical Operator and is used to supply the armed forces with weapons. The system brings together brigades, manufacturers and the Defence Procurement Agency in a single secure environment.

One hundred and eighty brigades are connected to the marketplace; they select the equipment they need themselves, while the Defence Procurement Agency handles all organisational matters — from contract conclusion to payment. Provisioning through DOT-Chain Defence runs in parallel with other programmes and serves as an additional source of drone supplies.
