Ukrainian Armor launches mass production of the UB60D strike drone
More than 5,000 unmanned systems capable of carrying 60 mm mortar rounds have been produced to date

Ukrainian Armor has announced the launch of mass production of the UB60D unmanned aerial system. The company published a video of the system on its Facebook page.
Chief Executive Officer Vladyslav Belbas stated that serial production of the UB60D was deployed just one month after its codification. To date, more than 5,000 systems have already been manufactured. The UB60D has undergone testing in combat conditions on the frontline and has demonstrated good results.
The UB60D is an FPV drone equipped with a fragmentation 60-mm mortar mine. This solution allows the drones to be delivered to the frontline already armed, eliminating the need for additional preparation before combat use.
Given its technical specifications, distinctive equipment, accuracy and compactness, the system is regarded as an effective strike capability on the modern battlefield. “We see strong interest among unmanned units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine in the UB60D, so we plan to scale up production as quickly as possible,” Belbas said.
