Misha Rudominski steps down as CEO of Promin Aerospace to focus on building defence startup HIMERA
“I know that I’m leaving the company in the best hands possible, so now I can be 100% focused on building HIMERA,” he wrote

Ukrainian entrepreneur Misha Rudominski has announced that he is stepping down as CEO of the aerospace startup Promin Aerospace. He shared the decision on his LinkedIn page.
Until recently, Rudominski simultaneously held the position of CEO at two startups – Promin Aerospace, which is developing an engine for ultralight rockets, and the defence project HIMERA, which designs and produces tactical communications equipment. “Now I can focus 100% on developing HIMERA,” the entrepreneur wrote.
I know that I’m leaving the company in the best hands possible, so now I can be 100% focused on building HIMERA.
The CEO role at Promin Aerospace will now be assumed by Oleksandra Hladyshevska, who will continue to grow the company alongside co-founder Vitalii Yemets. “I know I’m leaving the company in the best hands possible,” Rudominsky noted.
Defender Media recently reported from HIMERA’s presentation for signal operators, military personnel, and the media. At the event, the team outlined updates to its products, readiness for large-scale production and government contracting, as well as the ways Ukrainian troops are already using HIMERA’s communications equipment on the front line.
