From August 2025, Ukrainian military units will be able to exchange earned combat points for verified enemy hits for UAVs, UGVs, and electronic warfare equipment produced in Ukraine. Procurement will be carried out via the Brave1 marketplace, and the entire process — from submitting an application to final delivery — will be coordinated through the DOT Chain-Defence digital system managed by the Defence Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defence.

According to the Ministry of Defence, each military unit will receive a personal DPA manager who will support the order at all stages. Authorised representatives will be able to log into Brave1 Market via the DELTA system, check their points balance and place orders. Items available for purchase with e-points will be specifically marked in the catalogue.

The “Army of Drones.Bonus” programme, launched by the Ministry of Digital Transformation in August 2024, has become an important element of frontline motivation and analytics. Verification of hits in DELTA and analysis of technology effectiveness will now be handled by the Brave1 cluster. The Ministry of Digital Transformation will continue to shape the programme’s policy.

As Defence Minister Rustem Umerov stated, e-points are “a tool for combat effectiveness, transparency and trust between the front and the rear,” which makes it possible to convert confirmed enemy losses into direct support for specific units. The new supply model will expand units’ access to both codified and non-codified Ukrainian-made drones.

All documents, contracts and supply agreements will be generated online, with orders processed within a few weeks.

It is also worth noting that the programme, called “Army of Drones.Bonus,” rewards units with points if they upload videos of their drones hitting Russian targets to the Delta military system. The programme awards different scores depending on the target: 20 points for damaging and 40 for destroying a tank; up to 50 points for eliminating a missile launcher, depending on calibre; and 6 points for destroying enemy personnel.
