“General Chereshnya”, Vyriy, TAF Drones: which UAV manufacturers have been integrated into DOT-Chain Defence
The pilot project currently covers 12 combat brigades

The Defence Procurement Agency of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence has integrated 11 drone manufacturers into the DOT-Chain Defence weapons marketplace, enabling military personnel to select and order drones directly via the platform.
Among the first manufacturers whose drones will be available to the military are Escadrone, TAF Drones, Vyriy Drone, VNA Trade, General Chereshnya and Grif. The pilot version of the marketplace is currently accessible to troops from 12 combat brigades. Looking ahead, the system is expected to be rolled out across the entire Armed Forces of Ukraine and to expand the range of drone types available.
The platform aims to overhaul the current procurement logic and significantly shorten delivery times, reducing them to just a few days. Thanks to the direct ordering system, manufacturers will be able to monitor actual demand, while the Defence Procurement Agency (AOZ) will ensure transparent and efficient support throughout the purchasing process.
For the pilot stage, the Ministry of Defence has allocated one billion hryvnias for drone procurement. All procedures — from contract signing to logistics and payments — are overseen by the AOZ.
The marketplace was officially launched in early July. At that time, it was reported that 15 drone manufacturers had joined the system, with more than 80 companies having submitted commercial proposals.
